Q: Will my house be getting listed on Realtor.com, Zillow, etc. (MLS)?
A: No. We are not licensed agents and don’t list houses. We are professional home buyers: We buy houses in Washington & Texas that meet our purchasing criteria. From there we may renovate the property, repair it and resell it to another homeowner, or possibly even keep it as a rental.

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the house, what repairs may be needed, the condition of the house, and values of similar properties sold in the area recently. For a home in excellent condition that would sell through a realtor for $400k, we may be able to offer $368k, which is what you would pocket after paying normal closing costs & selling fees!
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
